I started Butcher Apparel 10 YEARS AGO
because I was upset with the amount of waste
the fashion industry creates every year.
I wanted to change the way workers
are paid and treated in India.
Reducing waste to 6% per year,
breaking sweatshop mentality
and following ethical practices.
This is what BA stands for.
I believe everyone should be paid fair
for their work and effort,
so I maintain a fair trade and ethical establishment.
I put my team first
and be of service to the community,
before personal gain.
Butcher Apparel focuses on UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY,
products that are not only functional, practical but also durable .
We use the best-made Japanese YKK zips.
Various weaves of cotton and bamboo, varying GSM, tones and finishes.
The different grades of leather range from
buffalo to cow to sheep and goat.
Natural fibres is what I focus on.
All the extra cuts of these fabrics are not thrown away or burnt
as most textile factories and industries do.
We always find a use for the smallest of pieces.
I've created an entire range of clothing from this.
We have maintained our waste percentage rate to lower than 6%
