Back in 2013, travelling into Nagaland for the third time, I spent a good couple of months in Wokha. I had drawn this design inspired by some of the patterns I'd seen on my trip in Nagaland. I chose a rustic background for this one as it represented the time and moment of the smoky woodfire kitchens and landscape of the interior villages and forests I'd been to. It's a place very close to my heart, and my time there has built some amazing connections. 

This a hand-drawn design from over 10 years ago, that has been digitised to make available as a print.

All water based dyes used in printing.
